Candles have been around forever and, when used properly, can be safely enjoyed in any home.  Scents have been proven to lift spirits and change moods.  Aromatherapy Candles (made by Bennington Candle Company) are made with the finest and purest essential oils and extracts from flowers, herbs and trees.  Each candle is hand-poured and convey the feeling of something that has been touched in its making.   The "snowflakes" are caused by dissolved air, which promotes fractures in the wax as it cools slowly.  Since this is a natural process, the amount of mottling varies, making each candle a true work of art. The pillars use 100% cotton wicks and the votives are cotton wicks with unbleached paper cores to hold them upright.  Colors range from bright red, purple, lilac, golden yellow, amethyst, deep blue, white, teal and turquoise to shades of chartreuse, amber, frosty green, pink, brown, pale white and ice blue.  The candles burn completely and without mess, creating hours of aromatic relaxation and enjoyment. I personally enjoy burning these candles outside, in my Secret Garden, for prayer or meditation

Follow these candle burning guidelines to help ensure a better burning
candle and greatly reduce the risk of smoke or fire damage:

§  Keep candle free of wick trimmings, matches or other foreign objects

§  Keep wick centered and trimmed to 1/4" at all times

§  Allow candle to cool before trimming wick or relighting

§  Burn only in a stable, heat resistant holder for no more than 4 hours at a time

§  Keep burning candles away from drafts

§  Keep burning candles away from anything that can catch fire, such as curtains, etc.

§  Do not move candle while it is burning or if wax is hot

§  Keep out of reach of the little ones - children & animals

§  NEVER leave a burning candle unattended!!!
